Careerflow alternatives, by the tool you actually use

Careerflow is a career toolkit: resume builder, job tracker, LinkedIn optimiser, application autofill, a job-fit analyser and, on the top plan, AI mock interviews. We make MatchRadar, one of the alternatives below, so weigh that. The facts about the others come from their own pages, read on 30 September 2026.

What Careerflow does

Careerflow's free Basic plan includes the Chrome extension and limited versions of the tracker, the resume builder and application autofill. Premium is $23.99 a month, or $8.99 a week, $54.99 a quarter or $172.99 a year. Premium Plus adds AI mock interviews and interview analysis at $44.99 a month, or $299.99 a year. The struck-through $45 beside each plan is a reference price, not a charge.

Its Job Fit Analyzer compares your profile with a job you pick, and it lists a database of companies that are actively hiring. We found nothing on its pages describing jobs found for you on a schedule.

When a specialist fits better

Count which parts of the toolkit you open in a normal week. If it is one or two, one of these is likely the better buy.

  • The resume builder and the tracker: Teal, free with unlimited resumes and tracking
  • Tailoring and autofill: Huntr, with unlimited autofill on its free plan
  • Resume templates and cover letters: Kickresume, from €8 a month on a yearly plan
  • Finding the jobs to apply to: MatchRadar
  • Interview practice: stay on Careerflow Premium Plus, which is the only one here that offers it

The alternatives, one by one

Teal is free for unlimited resumes and unlimited job tracking, with limited AI credits, and Teal+ is $29 per 30 days. It also has a job search with saved-search alerts.

Huntr's free plan tracks up to 100 jobs with two tailored resumes and unlimited autofills; Pro is $40 a month, or $160 for six months.

Kickresume is a resume and cover-letter builder with four free templates and unlimited downloads. Premium is €24 a month, €54 a quarter or €96 a year, and it adds an AI job matcher in the app.

Where MatchRadar fits, and where it does not

MatchRadar is not a toolkit. It does the one step Careerflow leaves to you: it reads your CV and confirmed preferences, compares each new posting with the whole CV every weekday night, and e-mails the few that fit at 08:30, each with the requirements you meet, the partial ones and the gaps. You can also paste one posting for a fit check, 35 a month.

It has no resume builder, tracker, LinkedIn optimiser, autofill or interview practice. If you keep Careerflow for those, the two do not overlap. The price is one plan with a seven-day trial and no card (pricing), and the free preview shows this week's matches for your CV without an account.

Common questions

Is there a free Careerflow alternative?

Teal's free plan covers unlimited resumes and job tracking, and Huntr's includes unlimited autofill. Careerflow's own Basic plan is free with limited versions of its tools.

Does Careerflow find jobs for me?

Its pages describe a Job Fit Analyzer for a job you pick and a database of hiring companies. We found no description of jobs found and sent to you on a schedule.

Which alternative has interview practice?

None of the ones compared here. If AI mock interviews are what you use, Careerflow Premium Plus is the one to keep.
