MatchRadar

How it works

From one CV to a shorter weekday job shortlist

MatchRadar builds a search profile from your CV, lets you correct it, scans fresh roles, and explains the strongest matches. It never applies or contacts an employer for you.

1

Upload and confirm

Your CV provides roles, skills and evidence. You confirm target roles, seniority, location and remote preferences before the radar starts.

2

Scan and compare

On weekdays, fresh postings are compared with your evidence and practical constraints. Known expired roles are dropped from the active search.

3

Read and decide

The strongest results arrive in your MatchRadar inbox and morning email. Every result includes a reason and gaps; you choose where to apply.

Switch between three invented CVs. The prepared result changes in your browser and makes no provider call; it is a product illustration, not a free live checker and not a second trial.

  • Removing a vacancy once it is known to be expired

Kept in your hands

Research and application

  • Deciding whether the gaps are acceptable
  • Tailoring accurate evidence and answering application questions
  • Submitting directly through the employer or source

What happens during the trial

The 7-day trial runs on Radar Pro and needs no card. You can build the profile, receive the same explained matches and use the product before deciding whether to subscribe. If the trial ends without a subscription, the radar and morning email pause; your account and saved data remain available.

Your CV is never sent to employers by MatchRadar. Read the detailed processing, export and deletion terms in the Privacy Policy.

Questions about the workflow

Does the prepared example analyse my CV?

No. It uses three fixed, invented examples and makes no network or AI call. Your own CV is used only after you create an account and upload it.

Does MatchRadar apply for me?

No. It stops at the original application route. You inspect the vacancy, decide what to say and submit the application yourself.

When does the first shortlist arrive?

After setup, the radar scans on the weekday schedule. The first useful result depends on fresh postings that fit your profile; MatchRadar does not invent a match to fill a quota.

Can I change what the radar looks for?

Yes. You can update target roles, seniority and practical preferences in the product as your search changes.
