Common questions
Is this an auto-apply tool?
No. MatchRadar finds and explains suitable roles. You choose where to apply; we never apply or contact employers on your behalf.
Do employers ever see my score or my CV?
No. Your CV, scores and fit assessments are never shared with employers.
How is this different from LinkedIn or Indeed alerts?
MatchRadar compares each posting with your CV and explains the fit, including requirements you meet and gaps to consider.
What happens after the 7 days?
Your radar pauses until you subscribe — the nightly scan and the morning email stop. Nothing is deleted: your account, your saved matches and your CV stay exactly as they are, and you can still sign in, export a portability copy of your data, or delete it all from Your profile.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No card or payment details are needed for the 7-day trial. Subscribing early starts billing immediately and ends the trial; unused days do not carry over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — your radar keeps running until then and you are not charged again. A period that has already started is not refunded; the 7 free days are the try-before-you-buy, and your statutory rights are unaffected. Full terms: Cancellation and refunds. Open Your profile to cancel in Stripe's secure customer portal, which shows when the change takes effect before you confirm it.
What happens to my CV data?
Your account CV is stored in our EU database and processed by the configured AI provider to build your profile and score matches. It is never sent to employers. You can export a bounded portability copy or delete your account from Your profile; see the Privacy Policy for full details.
