About MatchRadar

A calmer job search, built on the candidate’s side

MatchRadar is an independent SaaS product operated from Romania for people searching across Europe and the United States. It was built around a simple problem: job seekers have more listings than time, while most alerts still confuse keyword overlap with fit.

Why this product exists

A serious application takes research, tailoring and attention. Spending that effort on a role that conflicts with your location, seniority or core experience is costly; scanning hundreds of weak alerts is costly too.

MatchRadar reads one CV, watches for fresh roles and brings back a shorter list with an explanation. The aim is not to maximise clicks or applications. It is to help a person choose better opportunities sooner.

Candidate-side by design

There is no recruiter product, talent marketplace or employer-facing score. Your CV and match results are used to provide your radar, and employers do not get access to them through MatchRadar.

The product stops before the application. You inspect the original posting, decide what to emphasise and submit directly through the employer or source. That boundary protects both accuracy and your voice.

  • No automatic applications
  • No candidate database sold to recruiters
  • No promise that a score predicts a hiring decision
  • Visible gaps alongside positive evidence

Privacy and control

Account, CV and profile records use EU database and application compute. Contact details are removed before CV text reaches the configured AI provider for profile building and matching. The Privacy Policy documents the processors, purposes and retention rules in detail.

Inside the product you can update your radar, export a bounded portability copy or delete the account. The legal pages remain the authoritative description when a short marketing explanation and a detailed term differ in scope.

How we earn trust

MatchRadar uses a paid subscription after a 7-day trial. That makes the customer the job seeker, rather than an employer buying access to candidates. Pricing and material trial terms are published before signup.

The service is evolving. When data is uncertain, the product should expose the uncertainty instead of turning it into a confident claim. Feedback from real searches is how the shortlist and explanations improve.

Common questions

Who is MatchRadar for?

It is for adults managing their own job search, especially people who want a focused shortlist instead of another broad alert feed.

Is MatchRadar a recruiter or job board?

No. It does not recruit, accept applications or represent employers. It links you back to the original application route.

Where can I ask a question?

Use the Feedback link in the footer. Every message is routed to the operator, including questions sent before you create an account.
