Europe
AI job matching across Europe
A Europe-wide search crosses languages, labour markets and location rules. Good matching needs more than a title: it must combine CV evidence with the countries, cities, remote arrangements and languages that make a role actionable.

Titles do not travel cleanly
The same work may appear under different English titles across countries and company types, while local-language titles can hide an otherwise relevant role. Responsibilities and seniority provide a more stable comparison than exact title alone.
That does not mean ignoring language. A posting’s working language and customer context may be central requirements even when the title is English.
Country and remote eligibility
Remote in Europe can mean one country, the EU or EEA, selected payroll locations or a time-zone band. A role in another country may require relocation or existing work authorisation even when travel is rare.
Put your actual base, relocation choice and remote preference into the search. Verify ambiguous eligibility on the original employer page before applying.
Build a Europe-ready profile
The profile should capture practical conditions alongside your work evidence. This makes cross-border coverage useful instead of simply larger.
- Countries and cities you can work from
- Languages and working proficiency
- Remote, hybrid and relocation preferences
- Role families that describe transferable work
- Seniority, salary and travel constraints you want to enforce
How MatchRadar handles the search
MatchRadar supports candidates searching in Europe and the United States. It uses the CV and confirmed preferences to scan fresh postings on weekdays, then explains the best matches in the product and morning email.
Coverage varies by location, role and source, and the source page remains authoritative. MatchRadar does not claim every open job or use LinkedIn as a product source.
Common questions
Can I search several European countries?
Yes. Configure the locations you can genuinely work from or relocate to; broader geography without eligibility creates weak results.
Does MatchRadar translate every posting?
No such blanket claim is made. Treat the language in the original posting as authoritative and confirm that you can work in it.
Are all remote European jobs open across the EU?
No. Employers commonly restrict remote hiring to specific countries, entities or time zones.
